Other equipments to buy for your home gym include the treadmill, a rowing machine, a punching bag or a yoga mat. If you have an empty room, use it to store some of these equipments. These are quite affordable and easy to store since they do not require a lot of space.

You will have access to workout guides, with video and picture instructions. In these guides, you will know how much time you have to take on any routine. You can even connect this app to your Smartwatch and Bluetooth in case you need to keep track of your heart rate. It has a 7-day free trial period after which you are required to purchase but it is worth it.

Pear Personal Fitness Coach- it is also available on both iOS and Android platforms. With this App, you will have access to an array of instructions for your fitness and workouts. All you need to do is pick the type of fitness coaching you want and the workouts routines you are interested in. You can always keep track of your progress. They have a free trial but a premium subscription gives you access to everything.

Nike+ Training Club- this is designed for professional athletes and celebrities. Its audio cues let you focus on the voice offering instructions rather than focusing on the screen to watch the routine. For activities such as playing tennis, running or even basketball, you can use this app. It will track your progress. Additionally, you can also customize and share your pictures with the Nike community.

Map my fitness- It has more than 600 fitness activities that you can use. Additionally, you can search for any routes within your location that you can use for your running workout. With the App, it is also possible to share your favorite routes. It is available on both Android and iOS.

Other Apps to consider include JEFIT, Fitbit and Aaptiv.
